What is CSR?
At BWWI, we have always believed in empowering people with the right knowledge to improve the overall quality of their life, professionally and personally. With the CSR initiative, our endeavor is not just to educate the participants on the various vital soft skills, but also motivate them to build a successful professional career. Being a company actively involved in providing corporate training, we strongly feel that we should leverage our expertise to empower people to utilize our knowledge and make a positive difference in their lives.
As a part of our “Corporate Social Responsibility” we at Britt Worldwide are planning to commit resources as well as use our positioning and training ability to help the students across the country. Our all – India training reach & experience puts us in a unique position to harmonize the student & industry needs. The goal is to help each and every aspiring student to get empowered to meet the future with confidence, right attitude and commitment.
All students may not be able to afford heavy investment in training. This initiative of ours will bring the success formula right at their door-step at a minimal cost. Why CSR?
At some point of time each growing corporation invariably thinks of giving back to the people and society at large where service matters the most. Through our CSR initiative we intend to empower graduates across India to build a successful professional career.
The Indian economy today is next only to USA & China. A steady growth of 7%+ since the last 8 years has made our country the highest job creator in the world. On an average 1.3 million jobs are being created per year with the number set to rise substantially with the entry of global players & retail giants.
While the above is true, corporate are finding it difficult to source suitable candidates who can make meaningful contributions to their organization. Majority of the students getting out of colleges and universities are found to be lacking in life skills like Effective Communication, Grooming, Confidence, Presentation Skills, Relationship Management, etc. Moreover, the candidates also lack in focus & positive attitude. Due to this, majority of candidates either do not get the job they deserve or face major hurdles where they are absorbed.
As per the recently published Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) report, the following things have come to light:
a. Indian industry is faced with a shortage of TRAINED, MOTIVATED employable manpower.
b. Only one out of every four graduates is found employable by industries on account of lack of above skills.
We all agree that packaging is as important as the product itself. Hence it should be our collective effort to help the future generation of India in getting equipped to start their career journey with confidence.

CSR Purpose
The purpose of Britt Worldwide existence is defined by our Global Mission: “EMPOWERING PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD”.
The course is designed to give students a competitive advantage in the job market. It will equip them with the right attitude, self confidence, and above all, better interpersonal skills for smooth transition into different responsible positions.
Graduates from different streams i.e. Science, Commerce & Arts, and also students pursuing various professional degree, including MBAs, can benefit from this program. The course will also help executives and other professionals looking for professional growth by improving their interpersonal and people-management skills.
Besides, we also have ‘Training the Trainers Program.’ This program helps trainers, coaches, mentors to hone their presentation and interaction skills. The course is designed to help them connect better with their participants and derive maximum receptivity in their interactions. This is crucial to improve the success rate of the programs, workshops and seminars.
BWWI is all set to extend its expertise and extensive knowledge gathered across the country over the years in corporate training. CSR Training Highlights
We, at BWWI, strongly believe that training with a pre-assessed need and effective delivery mechanism is vital for the success of any training program. The CSR training modules are designed and tested by experts in the industry and have generated successful results. The training module focuses on Elevated Learning experience and Result oriented approach.
Interactive Motivational Platform for Better Receptivity
The hallmark of the training programs is that they are mounted on the platform of motivation to increase the receptivity of the participants. The training will provide individual training solutions rather than a cookie cutter approach. So training in the same module could vary from client to client.
Innovative and Effective Teaching Aids

Short Films and other Documentaries
